Here are my CV (in Russian), blog (largely in Russian) and bookmarks, and also a little list of my projects.

Being M.A. in Political Science, I enjoy working as Programmer (mainly as Web Developer but I also designed and wrote the major part of code of a large municipal data processing system in 2006—2007).

Currently I'm interested in Cognitive Science as a combination of Computer Science, Psychology and Neuroscience. My attention is focused, for instance, on knowledge management and rational behaviour. (Rational agents are covered by Artificial Intelligence.) Also I'd like to study the phenomenon of intellect and its organisational levels, including social interaction and the role of IT in it.

To sum up, I'm searching for a sharper picture of how do we think and orient in this world. How do we learn, structure our knowledge and construct models of the outer world. (And somehow we manage to keep unaware of these structures — we just live playing our role without fully recognizing it.)
